An Evening with Annasley Park - In Support of George's Fund
Thursday 24 September 2026
The Pavilion, Castle Green, Hereford
6pm – 9pm
£30 per person – including two drinks and canapés.
Ticket link here.
Join us for an intimate evening with Annasley Park – former Great Britain cyclist turned solo Atlantic rower as she shares what it really takes to push beyond what you think you're capable of, both physically and mentally.
But this isn't a talk just for elite athletes or adventurers.
Annasley's achievements are extraordinary, but the idea behind the evening is simple: to inspire ordinary people to think a little differently about what they might be capable of.
Maybe that's running your first 5k, climbing a mountain, taking on a challenge you've talked about for years, or simply saying yes to something you've been putting off.
If you leave believing you're capable of a little more than when you arrived, the evening has done its job.
The evening
We'll welcome you from 6pm with drinks and canapés before Annasley's talk begins at 7pm.
Afterwards, there'll be time to enjoy another drink, meet Annasley and continue the conversation.
Your £30 ticket includes two drinks and canapés, with just 45 tickets available to keep the evening relaxed, personal and intimate.
In support of George's Fund
George's Fund was created in memory of our five-year-old son George, who died in 2020 following a six-week diagnosis of DIPG, a rare and terminal brain tumour.
Since then, George's Fund has raised more than £207,000 and supported 24 projects across Herefordshire, with no paid staff behind us.
The projects we fund use the outdoors to give children confidence, resilience and joyful experiences, in the same spirit George himself loved being outside.
By joining us for the evening, you'll be supporting George's Fund while hopefully leaving with a little inspiration of your own.
