In 2025, we welcomed CSONS to our brand-new, beautifully restored building. The purpose-built cafe and roof terrace overlooking the River Wye is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, coffee, lunch, tea and cakes.

CSONS Hereford is also open for supper on Friday and Saturday evenings.

CSONS is four Crouch brothers (The CSONS) with an addiction to great food and drink. Utilising the amazing growers and producers found in the area, their menu reflects the best of local and seasonal produce. This close link with suppliers means that the menu changes regularly to reflect availability.
