All members are welcome. A light supper will be provided, please bring your own drinks.
Any member who wishes to stand for election to the Board of Directors should notify the Operations Manager at The Pavilion, Castle Green, Hereford HR1 2NW in writing, with the signatures of a proposer and seconder, both of whom should also be members, by 1st October.
Please also let us know of any item you would like included under Any Other Business by the same date.
